It is clear to you: the Rhine-Ruhr region, with Cologne as its leading city, is ready. With 100% existing sports venues, we are showing the world that modern Games can be sustainable, authentic, and free from giantism.
It’s up to you – cast your vote for the Olympics from the comfort of your own home! To turn your enthusiasm into reality, your participation in the local referendum is what counts now. Here is how easily you can bring the Games to NRW:
- Check your mail: All eligible voters will receive their voting documents directly at home. There are no traditional polling stations – the vote will take place exclusively by mail.
- Vote 'Yes': Answer the question about your city's participation with a clear 'Yes'.
- Send it off: Return the envelope promptly so that it arrives by April 19, 2026, at the latest.
- Mobilize your community: Show your support by creating your personal supporter graphic and join our community on Instagram. You can find an overlay for your photo there.
